These terms govern your use of https://purelytools.com ("PurelyTools", "the site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

PurelyTools provides free online utilities — PDF tools, image tools, network tools, generators, calculators and games. The tools are provided free of charge, without registration, and may be supported by advertising. We may add, change or remove tools at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the tools only for lawful purposes. In particular you must not:

• process, upload or generate content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or that you do not have the right to use;
• use the network tools (IP Lookup, DNS Lookup, SSL Checker, Speed Test) to probe, attack or gather intelligence on systems you are not authorised to test;
• attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its security, or access it with automated tools at a volume that degrades the service for others;
• resell or misrepresent the site's output as your own service.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the files and text you process with our tools. Most tools run entirely in your browser, so your content never reaches us; where server-side processing occurs it is temporary and automatic (see the Privacy Policy). We claim no ownership of, and take no responsibility for, your content.

4. No warranty

The site and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. Tool output — including calculator results, password strength estimates, network lookups, SSL reports and converted files — is provided for convenience and general information only and may contain errors. It is not professional, legal, financial or security advice. Verify results independently before relying on them.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurelyTools and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site (which is zero). Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

6. Third-party services and links

Some tools rely on third-party services (for example geolocation APIs and Google services), and pages may link to external sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, text and code are owned by PurelyTools or used under licence (including open-source components credited on the relevant tool pages). You may not copy or republish the site itself, but you own everything you create with the tools.

8. Advertising

The site may display third-party advertising. Advertisers are responsible for their own content; a product's appearance in an ad is not our endorsement. See the Privacy Policy for advertising cookie disclosures.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or block access for misuse.
