Convert between US, UK, EU and Japanese sizes for men, women and kids β or find your size by measuring your foot.
β οΈ Sizes vary by brand. This chart follows the common international standard, but brands cut differently β for example Nike and Adidas label their UK sizes about half a size closer to the US size than the classic chart. When in doubt, measure your foot and check the brand's own chart against the centimetre length.

US kids sizes: C = child (infant, toddler and little kid), Y = youth (big kid). Youth sizes continue where child sizes end β 13C is followed by 1Y. A youth 7Y fits roughly like a men's 7 or women's 8.5. Ages are rough averages; always go by foot length for growing feet.
Convert instantly between US, UK and EU sizes plus Japanese sizing, which is simply your foot length in centimetres β the most reliable measurement of all.
Your most accurate size comes from your foot length. Use the measuring guide above β it takes two minutes with a wall, a sheet of paper and a ruler.
If your foot falls between two sizes, choose the larger one. Feet swell during the day, and a slightly roomy shoe is far more comfortable than a slightly tight one.
US widths run from narrow to extra-wide: for men, D is medium and 2E/4E are wide; for women, B is medium and D is wide. EU sizes rarely offer widths β if you have wide feet, consider going up half a size.
Children's feet grow up to a full size every few months when young. Leave about a thumb's width (~1 cm) of room in front of the longest toe, and re-measure every couple of months.
